University of Saskatchewan employees interested in Club membership should complete the first of the two forms in USask Employee Membership Forms. Applicants need to pick the manner in which they want to pay their membership dues. If they want to pay their dues in lump sump, they can simply make an INTERAC e-Transfer to uclub.accounts@usask.ca in the correct amount, and separately send the completed application form to the same email address. Alternatively, if they opt to pay their membership dues monthly by having them deducted from their paychecks, they also need to complete the second Payroll Deduction form with a long title, and then email both forms to university.club@usask.ca.
